HOW-TO Measure:

The Low Neck:
Feel your dog's neck area at the bottom. Notice where the Sternum (that bump at the bottom) starts. From there, Check where the shoulder blades start at the top. Now, wrap a soft Tape around the neck, and get it as tight as possible, so that the tape makes contact properly (SNUG, skin tight, not loose, no two fingers). Measure this twice to get a good read.

Breast Bone Measurement:
From where the sternum starts (the same bump as above), measure between the legs to where the Forward girth starts. (Right behind the front legs)

(if you get a number greater than 14", and you dog weighs less that 110lbs, you have measured incorrectly, please see the diagram for start and stop points)

Forward Girth:
Wrap a tape Tightly around the trunk of the dog (the widest part of the chest), do this twice, to get a good read. No two fingers, we need it SNUG.

Rear Girth:
Small Back length: Take this measurement at the last rib (where the sternum ends). This should be about 4" behind the forward girth for this size Vest Back.

Medium Back Length: Take this measurement at the last rib (where the sternum ends). This should be about 5" behind the forward girth for this size Vest Back.

Large Back Length: Take this measurement at the last rib (where the sternum ends). This should be about 6" behind the forward girth for this size Vest Back.
